Long-Term Vision

The Human Capital Layer

InsideRWA's long-term vision: a compliant, three-stage path to backing verified individuals — patronage today, regulated offerings when the trust stack is ready, and a secondary market when the infrastructure exists.

This page describes future products. Nothing here constitutes an offer to sell securities. Pending counsel review.

A Three-Stage Compliant Path

We are not building a securities marketplace today. We are building the trust stack — ratings, compliance rails, verified identities — that makes a compliant human capital market possible.

Designed for future implementation

Stage 1 — Now

Patronage

Fans, communities, and early believers back individuals they believe in — no securities, no returns promised. Think Patreon meets a long-term bet on a person.

Pending counsel review

Stage 2 — Pending Regulation

Reg CF / Reg A+ Offerings

Regulated income-share and talent offerings under Reg CF (up to $5M) and Reg A+ (up to $75M). Structured around a person's verified track record and goals. Pending securities counsel review.

Stage 3 — Long-Term

Secondary Market

A compliant secondary market for human capital tokens — once the primary offering infrastructure and regulatory framework are established. The long-term vision.

Four Types of Human Capital

The categories of human potential InsideRWA is designed to eventually support

Income Share

A person's future income stream, structured as a regulated offering. Designed for high-potential individuals with verifiable track records.

Talent

Athletes, artists, and creators tokenizing their career potential. Structured around verified milestones and performance history.

Time & Expertise

Professionals tokenizing their time, advisory capacity, and specialized knowledge. A new model for knowledge-economy participation.

Reputation

On-chain credentials, verified professional history, and reputation scores as the foundation for a new class of human capital instrument.

Long-Term Vision

Diaspora Rails

The global diaspora sends over $700B home annually — but the infrastructure for investing in the people behind those remittances barely exists. InsideRWA's long-term vision includes a diaspora-native investment layer: a way for communities to back their own.

This is a multi-year infrastructure play. It requires the ratings engine, the compliance rails, and the human capital marketplace to be in place first. We are building in the right order.

Open Standard

The Human Capital Investment (HCI) Open Standard

An open, versioned standard for structuring, disclosing, and rating human capital investment instruments. Designed to be the SAFE equivalent for the human capital category — publish the standard, own the category language, become the default infrastructure.

Open & versioned
Published under a Creative Commons license. Anyone can implement, no licensing required.
Disclosure templates
Standardized disclosure documents for income-share, talent, and expertise offerings.
Rating-ready
Instruments structured to the HCI Standard are eligible for InsideRWA scoring.

The Evidence Layer Comes First

Before any of this is possible, the market needs an independent rating standard, fiduciary-grade documentation, and a compliance layer. That's what InsideRWA is building today.
