Prudence Files™
An 8–12 page evidence pack per rated product, structured section-by-section on the six factors the DOL now expects fiduciaries to document before adding tokenized assets to a plan or portfolio.
Copy and framing on this page are draft. Full launch pending securities counsel review.
What is a Prudence File?
A Prudence File is a structured, timestamped evidence document that maps every material fact about a tokenized product to the six factors named in the DOL's proposed prudence standard. It is designed to be placed in a compliance folder — not to constitute investment advice.
Each file is produced by InsideRWA independently, without issuer payment or input. Files are refreshed monthly and on material events (depeg, redemption freeze, audit lapse, TVL shock >20%).
- Produced independently — never issuer-paid
- Refreshed monthly + on material events
- Timestamped and versioned for audit trail
- PDF download for compliance folders
