InsideRWA is building the trust stack in the correct order — patronage first, regulated offerings only when the legal infrastructure is in place.
Stage 1 — Patronage
Backers support verified individuals through campaigns and subscriptions in exchange for access, updates, and recognition. No securities are offered. No financial returns are promised.
Stage 2 — Regulated Offerings
After 90+ days of demonstrated patronage traction, issuers may pursue offerings under Reg CF or Reg A+ with a registered funding portal or broker-dealer.
Stage 3 — Secondary Trading
Following applicable holding periods, tokens may become transferable on a registered Alternative Trading System.
